If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days for a refund. ​

Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused and unwashed.  

We do not offer refunds on handmade or custom items such as bandanas, snoods, neck ties and I.D tags etc. as these are made to order.  
Sale items and toys are also non refundable.

To arrange a return please email us at hello@littlegemspawdrobe.com stating your name, order number and reason for return 

We endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours with a return address and any other information.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credit made to your original payment method within 7-10 days.

Please note that unless an item is damaged or faulty it is the customers responsibility for any return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a tracked shipping service.

We are unable to accept exchanges at this time.
